Technical Product Training Available To Blue Coat Customers:
1. Customer Services Technical Webcasts
Blue Coat Customer Services is pleased to sponsor an ongoing series of bi-monthly Technical Webcasts. Intended for technical staff, these webcasts provide deep-dive presentations and discussions of emerging Blue Coat products and technologies. An extended question-and-answer session typically follows each presentation. Technical Webcast invitations are sent to customers who have subscribed to receive notices via the Blue Coat Subscription Center. Customers can log into BlueTouch Online to set their communication preferences relating to the Technical Webcast along with other valuable resources.
2. Fee-based, Instructor-Led Classroom or Virtual Classroom Training:

3. Recertification or Refresher Training and Certification:
Blue Coat Systems' Technical Certifications expire after two (2) years. The Help Desk focused Troubleshooting Training/Certification needs to be refreshed after one (1) year.
